Queen Ifrica released her new single titled Trueversation with Damian Marley and gears up for New Album

Queen Ifrica the award-winning singer and songwriter from Montego Bay, Jamaica released a new single called Trueversation with Damian Marley on January 13th 2017. Her third studio album titled Climb will be released on March 3rd, 2017 on VP Records.

We first remember becoming acquainted with the sounds of Queen Ifrica with songs like Randy on the Lava Ground Riddim off her 2007 album Fyah Muma. With her passionate and soulfully distinct voice we knew she would be around to create good music. We’re looking forward to her new album Climb and love the Nefertiti-esque cover artwork.

In Trueversation she explores the topic of romantic and mystical conversation singing lines like “Lets have a chat, one of these Kinky Reggae Nights, I’m inviting you over, looking forward to the Trueversation. One on one, still the best way to communicate.” Her co-star on this song Damian Marley accentuates the idea as he chants “Intellectual attraction awakens the right senses. So I love it when we talk like this.”
