Gladys is an American singer, songwriter and actress born in Atlanta, Georgia who is also known as the “Empress of Soul”. She is well known for her legendary career beginning with her group Gladys Knight & the Pips singing songs like “I Heard It Through the Grapevine” and “Neither One of Us (Wants to Be the First to Say Goodbye)” which won a Grammy. She also played in many TV shows like Charlie & Co. and The First Family.
