Bill is an actor, comedian and producer born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on July 12th who is well known for producing and starring in The Cosby Show television show and also producing A Different World spinoff. In addition to those hits shows he previously hosted, created and produced the Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids animated series.
