Tabou TMF on location for VP Records 35th Anniversary Pop Up Exhibit opening.

It was super fun at the 4th annual Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival in New York we were on the scene for the unveiling of VP Records 35th Anniversary Pop Up Exhibit.

The pop up traveling exhibit includes a unique view of reggae history and culture including highlights of some of the artists and records. The visual display was created  by Michael (Freestylee) Thompson pictured above in blue next to Co-Founder Patricia Chin.

Inside the exhibit there were historical books, records, one of a kind photographs and representations of musical joy and expression as well as presentations.

There was lots of family fun and great food we talked to patrons of the event many regulars who come every year as well as new ones who even flew in just for the event.

The savory flavors of world famous Jamaican jerk food filled the air with assortments as chefs from all over presented their personal best dishes to the world and celebrities participated in the annual cook off and demonstrations at the Grace pavilion.
